Monna R Corbin

Monna (Jennings) Corbin,102, of Sentinel, Oklahoma passed away March 26, 2019. She was born on October 16, 1916 in Sentinel, Oklahoma to Marlin and Ruth (Huckaby) Jennings. She attended school in Retrop and graduated in 1936. She married Glyn Corbin on December 27, 1936 in Retrop, Oklahoma. She later worked at Port School and Sentinel Schools as a cook. She was also a homemaker and helped with the family farm.

She is survived by her children and in-laws: Deanna & David Wattenbarger of Hobart, Oklahoma, Dennis & Kay Corbin of Yukon, Oklahoma, and Cassie and Dennis Purifoy of Yukon, Oklahoma. Her grandchildren and in-laws: Valerie & Mark Adair of Norman, Oklahoma, Dave & Wendy Wattenbarger of Mustang, Oklahoma, Kevin Wattenbarger of Lawton, Oklahoma, Rachel & J.J. Richardson of Moore, Oklahoma, Steve Corbin of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Scott & Sheila Corbin of Waco, Texas, and Kelsey & Cody Ruby of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren, and sister Delora Mealor of Yukon, Oklahoma , as well as by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Glyn Corbin, her parents Marlin and Ruth Jennings, and her siblings: Velma Hoffman, Doris Smalling, and Sam Jennings.
