Mildred T Hawkins

Mildred T. Hawkins, 88, of Mountain View, OK, passed away, Tuesday, March 17th, 2015. She was born to A.W. Butch and EvaLu (Olin) Franklin, August 9th, 1926, in Mountain View, OK. Mildred attended and graduated from Mountain View High School in 1944, and then went on to attend Draughon's College in Wichita Falls, TX. She was united in marriage for 69 years to the love of her life, Wilbur A. Hawkins, June 26, 1945, in Mountain View, OK. Mildred started out as part time help at the Mountain View Gin, and ended up staying on full time for 27 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and also the church secretary.

one son, Bob Hawkins and wife, LuAnn, Mtn.View, OK
two grandchildren, Jim Bob Hawkins and wife, Julie, Mtn. View, OK

two great grandchildren, Tanner and Carli Hawkins, Mtn. View, OK

She was preceded in death by her parents.
