Michael Leo Scott

Michael L. Scott, 50, Hobart, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, in Hobart, OK. He was born in Hobart, OK, on July 16, 1964, to Carol Leo and Karen Sue (Linstead) Scott. Michael grew up in Hobart, OK. He went to Hobart Public Schools, graduating Hobart High School. Michael went to Cameron for two years, moving to Arkansas to get a Master Degree. After receiving his Master's he went to Mississippi State for a Ph.D. He received a State Farmer Award from FFA. Michael moved to Washington DC to work as a Research Animal Scientist. He was an exchange student for one year in Australia. Michael moved back to Hobart ten years ago to care of his parents. Michael worked in Taloga for three years as a US Soil Conservation, and in Anadarko for the last five years as a Soil Conservation. He was passionate for his jobs and helped many of the producers in Anadarko. Michael was also a wonderful photographer.


He is survived by his father Leo Scott, of the home

He was preceded in death by his mother Karen Scott (9/26/13), one cousin Kurt Linstead
