He is survived by his brother, David Flager, Carnegie, OK
paternal grandparents, Oleta and Bill Smith, Carnegie, OK
maternal grandparents, Art and Juanita Snider, Cyril, OK, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne and mother, Sharon
Services: 2:00pm Tuesday March 22, 2011 at the Church of the Nazarene, Carnegie, OK
Burial will follow at the Carnegie Cemetery, Carnegie, OK
