Melvin Ray (Thausebah) Cizek Sr., 83, of Del City, Oklahoma passed away on October 21, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on May 31, 1939 to Mike and Julia ( Daingkau) Cizek in Lawton, Oklahoma. Melvin grew up in the Carnegie area and attended school at Cedar Dale. Melvin enjoyed camping, drawing and was an avid wood worker, one of his favorite things to do was keep his Cadillac polished and slicked up for the road. Melvin also enjoyed playing pool and was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
