Melody Dawn Urban, 44, Roosevelt, Oklahoma passed away at her home, Wednesday, June 16th, 2010. She was born December 14, 1965 in Boise City, OK to Bob and Paula ( Hart) White. Melody graduated from Boise City High School, 1984 and then from Oklahoma Panhandle State University. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Roosevelt. Melody loved being in activities with her family.

Maternal Grandmother: Lucile Hart, Boise City, OK
Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Ralph Hart, Charles and Ruby White
and her parents in law:: Fred and Katherine Urban

Burial will be at 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 21, 2010 at the Waynoka Cemetery
