Mayda M. Piercey
February 5, 1934 — October 3, 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of Mayda Martha Piercey, resident of Lewisville, TX, announces her passing after a brief illness, on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at the age of 83 years.
A native of Cordell Oklahoma, Mayda moved to Dallas and worked at the Dallas County Community College District. She enjoyed sewing, watching the Mavericks, Rangers, and Cowboys, playing cards and dominoes, and spending time with her family and friends.
Mayda will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Lisa (Bob) Wilkes and Sara (Jeff) McMillan, and by her two grandchildren Laura (Trevor) Martin and Michael McMillan. Mayda will be fondly remembered by her nephew and niece Terry (Sonja) Lowe and Kristi (Ken) Wilson. Mayda was predeceased by her brother Kenneth Lowe and her parents Dexter and Sallie Lowe.
