Marty Lavert Autaubo, Loving Husband, Dad, Brother, Grandfather, and Uncle, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on November 30, 2023. He was born on May 3, 1947 to Henry and Agnes (Ware) Autaubo in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Marty grew up and attended school in Mtn. View, OK. He served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970 and was stationed in Germany. Marty married 56 years to the love of his life Carol Tointigh-Wermy on March 28, 1967 at the Lonewolf Chapel in Mountain View, Oklahoma. To this union were born three children; Lavert, Marla and Matt. Marty worked for the OEH in Lawton, Oklahoma, in 1980 he started working for the Anadarko Public Schools worked for twenty or more years until his retirement. He was a proud member of the Kiowa Tribe. Marty will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
