Ann Funkhouser, 84, former Hobart resident, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at the Corn Heritage Village. She was born August 6, 1925 in Marlow, OK to O.P. and Marie (Yakel) Mauersberger. She graduated at Marlow, OK. Ann married David Funkhouser on October 24, 1947, in Hobart, OK and he preceded her in death July 13, 1994. They moved to a farm southwest of Hobart and she lived in the area most of her life until she moved to Corn, OK five years ago. She was a Pink Lady at Elkview General Hospital and then worked in the office for number of years. Ann loved to garden and raise flowers. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Hobart.

1 brother: Paul Mauersberger and wife Mary, Marlow, OK
1 sister: Alice Humble and husband Calvin, Copperas Cove, TX
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Burial will follow in the Hobart Rose Cemetery under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, OK.
