Marita Pennycuff

Marita Pennycuff, 97years, 5 months, 11days, Mountain View, OK, passed away January 9th, 2013, in Corn, OK. She was born July 29th, 1915 in Sedan, OK to T.P. and Hattie (Jenkins) Parrish. She attended school at Sedan, OK and graduated from Mountain View High School, and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma A&M in 1939. She farmed with her father until her marriage and continued farming with her husband until his death and continued with help until she retired. Marita was active helping with funeral dinners and serving the Rotary Club. She was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church in Mountain View, OK and took great pride in the landscaping around the church.

Marita was preceded in death by her parents, husband, D.L. (Fate) Pennycuff (1963), and brother, Norris Parrish
