Margie Lynn Sankadota Sheridan Pewo passed away November 4, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born June 4, 1975 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Cecil Ted Sheridan and Gloria Sankadota. She attended School at Broxton until 1991 and graduated from Apache High School in 1993.

Margie married Halbert Pewo in 1992. Margie was a Co-Sponsor of the Carnegie Native American Heritage Club, JOM Committee Member, Kiowa Tia-Piah Society, The Carnegie All Sports Club and the Football Mom's Booster Club. She loved working in education and working with the young children. Margie was a tutor for the JOM program, Teachers Aide and Paraprofessional at the elementary. She was and avid OSU Cowboys, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Carnegie Wildcat Fan.

Margie is survived by her husband, "Happy" of the home
1 Daughter, Sheila Pewo, and 6 Sons: Seth Aaron, Brandon Duane, Christian MacKenzie, Evin Jasper Jay, Ralph Pewo, Leo Gonzales and Grandson Nacona Ray Caddo of Elgin.. Her parents Gloria & Phillip Cross of Anadarko, and Father Cecil Sheridan of Anadarko.

Siblings: Etheline Sankadota Mithlo of Chickasha, Johnnie & Kayla Sankadota of Anadarko. Faye & Derrell Sanders of Anadarko, Alison Cross of Anadarko, and Michael & Nikki Sankadota of Anadarko. Christi & Dan Boardingham of Anadarko, T.J.. Sheridan of Anadarko, and Robert and Nikki Sheridan.

Special Sisters: Hope Worthington, Mattie Hainta-Dangelo and Amy Montgomery

Margie is preceded in death by her grandparents Jasper and Etheline Sankadota; Sister Amy Sankadota; Aunt, Mary L. Poafpybitty; Uncles Danny Sankadota, Donald Sankadota, Jimmy Sankadota and Junior Sankadota, Tom Poafpybitty, Virgil Poafpybitty and Bruce Poafpybitty
Father-in-law: Tedd Pewo; Mother-in-Law Sheila Dupoint; Sister-in-law: Georgia Pewo.
