Margaret Kay (Hoyle) Stanford, 82, a long-time resident of Anadarko, Oklahoma was born November 21, 1936 to Orville Kent and Madeline Estelle (Rector) Hoyle. She gained her wings to join them in heaven on May 3, 2019. Margaret was a kind, sweet, loving, patient, and Christian daughter, wife, mother and friend. She was a shining example to her family and friends. Margaret will be missed by everyone she touched during her time on this earth but we know God called home a beautiful angel to watch over all of us until the day we join her there.
Margaret resided in Anadarko, Oklahoma from 1974-2011 and during that time, was an active member of the community and the First United Methodist Church. She was involved in many organizations, clubs, and community services.
Margaret was preceded in death by her brother, Kent Rector Hoyle; her mother, Madeline Estelle (Rector) Hoyle; and her father, Orville Kent Hoyle.
Margaret is survived by 6 daughters and their spouses: Janet and Carlton Sanders of Gatesville, Texas; Debra and David Conner of Nemo, Texas; Patricia and Juan Aranda of Granbury, Texas; Carolyn and Tommy McCasland of Blanchard, Oklahoma; Laura and Chris Moxley of Norman, Oklahoma; and Rebecca and Shawn Mebane of Tarzan, Texas. Margaret was the proud grandmother to 17 grandchildren: Heath, Jeffrey and Ashlea Sanders; Brad, Cliff, and Kent Conner; Teri Hales, John Robert Aranda, and Charla Young; Lauren, Matthew, and Rachael Freie; Jorden Moxley and Morgen Williams; and Bailey, Rush and Brecken Mebane; and she had 24 great-grandchildren: Aiden Sanders and Teagan Harrison; Ashlyne, Kaylee, Brayden, Cameron, and Nolan Conner; Taylor, Kerry, Clara, and Justin Conner; Judson and baby to be Conner; Weslee and Kent Hales; Willow, Eila, Juniper, Asher, and Hawthorne Aranda; Oliver and Lucy Young; Nathaniel Freie; and Kira and Owen Williams. Margaret is also survived by 2 step-daughters, spouses and their families: Shirley and Ken Swenson of St. Cloud, Minnesota; and Ginger and Greg Palm of Saint Bonifacius, Minnesota.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
