Margaret Alice Richardson

Margaret (Marti) Alice Richardson, 61, of Rocky, Oklahoma, went to be with her Lord on, Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Marti was born March 9, 1950 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the late, and much loved, James Quinton and Gladys Capps. Marti grew up in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, she worked as a bookkeeper and met Kenneth Richardson, they married on August 31, 1974. They moved to Midwest City, Oklahoma where they raised their daughter and son before returning to Glendale, Arkansas to be closer to her parents and to raise chickens for Tyson Food company. The Richardson's moved to Hobart, Oklahoma in 1989. Marti began working at Wal-Mart in 1994 in the jewelry and shoe department until 2002. She and Kenneth moved to Rocky, Oklahoma in 1997.

Survivors included: her husband, Kenneth, of the home
one daughter, Jodi Richardson
one son, James Richardson
one sister, Marla Green and husband Joe


Preceded in death by: her parents

A memorial service will be held at the Salem Baptist Church in Rocky, Oklahoma, on Monday, June 6, 2011. Under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart. Oklahoma. Marti will be laid to rest next to her parents in the Shady Grove Cemetery, Glendale, Arkansas on Wednesday, June 8, 2011.
