Marcella K Sheperd

Marcella Kay Sheperd, of Mountain View, OK, passed away on July 20, 2023, in Oklahoma City, OK. Marcy was born on August 20, 1949, to George and Jewell (Owens) Sheperd, in Cordell, Oklahoma. Marcy worked as a Disaster Inspector for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. She had two children, Dee and Dalawna. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, listening to country music, and being with her family. Marcy was strong-willed and obstinate. She always showed her unwavering love and support. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
