Madeline Jo Cluck, 98, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 in Elk City, Oklahoma from complications of Covid. She was born on July 2nd, 1924 to Lemma and Walter Black in Sentinel, Oklahoma. Madeline grew up and attended school at Port, graduating from Port High School. After graduation Madeline worked at the Sentinel Grocery Store and the Sentinel Train Depot. She married her high school sweetheart Jerry Lee Cluck on April 18, 1944. Madeline and Jerry worked side by side farming and taking care of their daughter Sue. She enjoyed being with and taking care of her family. They were members of the First Baptist Church in Sentinel. Madeline was always ready to help at church, school, and local activities. She was a great cook, several young men said they would work for Jerry just to eat Madeline's cooking. Madeline's face would light up when talking about her grandson Sky or great grandchildren Slaton, Sawyer and Scarlett. They brought so much joy into her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her .

Great Grandchildren: Slaton, Sawyer, and Scarlett Wilson
Preceded in death by her Parents: Walter and Lemma Black: Husband: Jerry Cluck, Brothers: Garland Black & wife Verna and Clifton Black & wife Joyce; Sisters: Bernice Feltman & husband Dell and Elnora Ross & husband Gene; Brothers-in-law: Alton Cluck & wife Ruby, Dwayne Cluck, and Don; Sister-in-law: Mary Jewell Finnell & husband Ertis.
