Maddix Isaiah Baez Campbell, 3, of Hobart, OK, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born August 11, 2008 in Clinton, OK to Joshua Allen and Brittney Louise (Baez) Campbell. He lived in Hobart all his life and was attending Head Start.
