Luverna Mahoney

LuVerna Mahoney, 91, Roosevelt, passed away on November 2, 2013, at Ayers Nursing Center in Synder, Oklahoma. She was born on October 13, 1922, in Roosevelt, Oklahoma to Mart & Martha (Higgins) Bailey. LuVerna graduated from Con-8 School in 1939. She married Bill Mahoney on August 9, 1941 in Frederick, Oklahoma. LuVerna lived all her life in Roosevelt, Oklahoma. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Roosevelt.

She is survived by her son: Martin Mahoney and wife Beth, Roosevelt, OK
three grandchildren: Jeff Mahoney and wife Shelli, Lawton, OK

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bill (10-4-1997)
