Loneta Louise Skinner passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 at her home in Carnegie, OK. Loneta was born December 11, 1927 in Ft. Cobb, OK to Avery and Gertrude Graham Stevens.
Loneta attended Banks Elementary to the 3rd grade, then Prairie Lone School through 8th grade and the last two years she attended Carnegie Public School.
Loneta married Billy Skinner July 21, 1945. .
She was a member of The First Baptist Church in Carnegie, OK
