Lona Jackson, 92, Carnegie, OK, passed away Monday, January 24th, 2011 at Saint Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City, OK. She was born to Charlie and Ruth (Macom) Eskew March 30th, 1918 in Rocky, OK.
Lona lived most of her life in Carnegie, OK. She was Married to Henry Jackson who preceded her in death in 1995 . Lona was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carnegie, OK.
Survivors include one son, Ronnie Jackson and wife Paula, Mt. View, OK
daughter, Linda Kay Strawn and husband Jimmie, Eldorado, OK
five grandchildren, Dedra, David, Scott, Russ and Greg
seven great grandchildren
one sister, Cinith Martindale, Nacogdoches, TX
She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Nicole Taylor, daughter, Sue Ann Steinly, 1981, and son, Henry David Jackson.
