Lois Griffith, 76, long time Rocky, OK resident passed away at her home on Thursday, August 18th, 2011.
She was born May 12, 1935 in Hobart, OK to Willis and Alberta (Taulbee) Stubbs. She grew up in Kiowa County and graduated from Hobart High School in 1953. Lois married Earnest Griffith on June 29, 1957 in Hobart, OK and he preceded her in death on November 17, 2004. She lived in Grand Junction, CO,1971-1982 and then moved back to Rocky. She was a long-time member of the Church of the First Born and baptized at an early age.

1 son: Keith Griffith and wife Diana, Rocky, OK
3 grandchildren: Jesse Griffith and wife Sheri, Hobart, OK
Tucker Griffith and wife Tabitha, Rocky, OK
Preston Griffith and wife Chantel, Cordell, OK
6 great-grandchildren: Riley and Asia'h Griffith
Kendra and Chance Griffith
Kevin and Ian Griffith
1 brother: Bob Stubbs and wife Lisa, Oklahoma City, OK
2 nephews: Bobby and Lenny Stubbs, both of Oklahoma City, OK
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Earnest.
Funeral Services: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2011
Church of the First Born, Hobart, OK
Burial will follow in the Hobart Rose Cemetery under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home of Hobart.
The family will greet friends at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home on Friday, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
