Lloyd Lesley Smith,79, a resident of Anadarko, Oklahoma, passed away on December 11, 2017 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Lloyd was born to John and Agnes (Wilson) Smith on December 5, 1938 in Binger, Oklahoma. On June 12, 1971 he married Weeda Jo Barrow she preceded him in death on July 6, 2017. Lloyd served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. During his time with the army, Lloyd was involved in the "Bay of Pigs" in 1961. He once had the honor of shaking President John F. Kennedy's hand. He retired from the Caddo County Sheriff's department as Deputy Sheriff and from the BIA law enforcement as a Captain. In his over 40 years of law enforcement he also worked with the Anadarko Police Department. Lloyd retired from law enforcement in 2008. Lloyd attended the Baptist Church. He loved his country and the military as well as his fellow law enforcement officers. He loved his family, especially his grand-daughter Lila Smith.

And numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends who will miss him dearly.
