Lindel Lee Franklin, 77, of Carnegie, Oklahoma, passed away on December 14th, 2022, in Corn, Oklahoma. Lindel was born to Dorsey and Marie (Bell) Franklin on April 12, 1945, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. He graduated in 1963 from Anadarko high school. Lindel met and married the love of his life, Janice, on April 12, 1964, in Wichita Falls, TX. He worked many places doing many things through the years but, he worked at the Mountain View Co-op for 30 years. Lindel and Janice had two children Monty and Cindi. He was an avid fisherman but, there was nothing he loved more than being a father and grandfather. He loved the time he got to spend with his grandchildren. You could always count on him to be at every school event. Lindel got to take one last road trip with grandsons Cody and Seth traveling for 9 days to different places across the United States. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his two children, son Monty Franklin of Corn, Oklahoma and daughter Cindi Graybill and husband Jim of Weatherford Oklahoma.

He is preceded in death by his wife Janice Franklin, parents Dorsey and Marie Franklin, brother Kenneth Franklin, and Sister Peggy Cure.
