Lena Mae Zimmerman

Lena Mae Zimmerman, 89, of Mountain View, OK, passed away Sunday, September 14th, 2014 at Corn Heritage Nursing Home, Corn, OK. She was born October 25th, 1924 to Frank and Effie (Meeks) Burk in Saddle Mountain, OK. She graduated from Cooperton High School in 1942. Lena Mae was united in marriage to Orvile Archie Zimmerman November 14, 1942 in Hobart, OK, who has preceded her in death. She enjoyed square dancing, crocheting, sewing, cooking and gardening. During the summer months, she and her husband were hostesses at Red River. Lena Mae was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mountain View, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Howard Burk and sister, Lavonta Buchanan.
