Leah Ann Derichsweiler, 41, took her journey to her Heavenly home with her family by her side on October 24, 2022, in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born on August 8, 1981, in Lawton, OK to Karl Derichsweiler and Ronda (Boynton) Satepeahtaw.
Leah was raised in the Caddo county area. She attended and graduated from the Anadarko Public School in 1999. Leah worked as a Nurse's Aide in the Anadarko and Oklahoma City areas where she enjoyed taking care of others. She loved doing crafts, making things for friends, camping at the lake, and cooking different dishes, especially trying different desserts. Leah's favorite color was orange and she was an avid Oklahoma State fan.
Leah was a proud Kiowa and loved her heritage. She also loved her Lord.
