Larry D. Quoetone was born on November 24, 1956 to Bill Karty and Blossom Quoetone in Lawton, OK. He was the youngest of five children. He passed away on February 14 th 2025 peacefully at home in Carnegie, OK.
He attended and graduated from Mt. View High School in 1975. He made his home with Elaine Tapedo in Carnegie, OK. He worked numerous jobs with the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma and was a jack of all trades outside of his professional job. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his Sons, Carl Lujan and wife Carol of Broken Arrow, OK, Joe Lujan of Seattle, WA, Shannon Harelson of Wellington, KS and Shelly Quoetone of the home, 16 grandchildren including Jazlynn (Kool-Aid) Bernal of Carnegie, OK and 4 great grandchildren with 2 on the way. Numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Anita Stephenson, Lori (Koonie) Williams, brothers Richard (Red) Quoetone and Mike (Michael Jack) Quoetone.
