Ladonna Beth Frye

LaDonna Beth (Mitchell) Frye, 60, of Hobart, Oklahoma passed February 14, 2018. She was born on August 25, 1957 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Robert Kelly and Dollie Mae (Harris) Mitchell. Ladonna graduated high school in Grand Prairie, Texas and moved back to Hobart, Oklahoma. She married Jim Frye on September 24, 1976 in Hobart, Oklahoma. She attended college in 1996 and graduated with her Associate's Degree. She spent 12 years working for the Health Department in Hobart.
LaDonna enjoyed being with her family most of all, and loved her children and grandchildren dearly. LaDonna enjoyed spending time with close friends and her special friend who was like a sister Tiny Merkey. She enjoyed sewing, arts, and crafts and loved her animals.

She is survived by her husband Jim of the home,
one son, Jimmy Frye and wife Ashley, Hobart, Oklahoma,
two daughters: Denise York and husband Aaron, Mangum, Oklahoma,
Tiffany Buchanan and husband Kevin, Mangum, Oklahoma,
11 grandchildren: Hailey, Kristen, Lauryn, and Brenton York.
Koby and Koda Buchanan. Dodge, Elizabeth, Skiler, Ricky, and Rafe Frye.
She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ladonna is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dollie Mitchell, brother Kelly Mitchell, sister Patricia Scott, and one niece Angie Scott.

Washington Street Baptist Church
Hobart, Oklahoma
Burial will follow at Hobart Rose Cemetery, Hobart, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, Oklahoma.
