Kevin " Poolaw" Scott Poolaw

Kevin Scott Poolaw, or known by many students from Middle School, Anadarko, OK as Mr. Poolaw, 54, of Anadarko, OK was united with his lifelong love Elizabeth Silverhorn and to this union 8 children. He was called to his heavenly home February 12, 2024 at 12:22 am.

Kevin had many hobbies which included watching OU Sooners football and softball and the Anadarko Warriors. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and loved being surrounded by family. Kevin enjoyed cooking and grilling BBQ. He was a strong man of faith. Kevin dedicated his life to God and showed others how to do the same. He was a hardworking man.

Kevin graduated from Anadarko High School with the class of 1988, then studied general studies at Haskell Nation University, Lawrence, KS. He worked as a ground's keeper at St. Anthony Hospital, OKC, OK before studying at Redlands Community College. Later he settled his
career at Anadarko Public Schools as the custodian for 23 years.
