Kevin Donaghey

A celebration of Life for Kevin L. Donaghey will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Bethel Baptist Church in Anadarko with Pastor Tom Wooster officiating.

Kevin passed away from this life on Friday, February 12, 2016 ending his battle with cancer.

Kevin was born to Tommy and Ann (Bedoka) Donaghey on September 20, 1953 in Anadarko, Oklahoma . He was the first grandchild of Maurice and Pearl Guy Bedoka and was a proud member of the Caddo Nation.

He grew up in the Los Angeles, California and graduated from Eagle Rock High School in 1970. He excelled in sports and made All State in basketball and tennis. He attended Navajo Community College in Tsaile, AZ. He was an avid sports fan and loved LA Lakers and LA Dodgers. After returning to Oklahoma he was employed with the Richey Brothers, Randall Richey and then Scott Richey.

He married Delene Smith in 1977. Delene passed away in 2006.

He is survived by his two daughters:
Kari Loera and husband Eric
Kevina Peshlakai and her husband Otis
seven grandsons: Gabriel, Mateo, Arthura and Cruz Loera, Xezae, Xezel, and Koda Peshlakai
