Kathrine Mae Cannon Kawakyla passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in Lawton, Oklahoma. " Kathy" was born November 21, 1949 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Conrad Cannon and Oleta Spottedhorse.

Kathy attended school in Mountain View, Oklahoma and also attended Caddo-Kiowa Vo Tech in Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. Kathy worked as a Nurse's Aide for the Carnegie Tri County Municipal Hospital. Kathy also spent her time raising grandchildren which she loved very much.

Clifton Tofpi, Carnegie, Oklahoma
Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her Grandmother, Helen Spottedhorse, Brother, Robert Cannon, Brother, Dennis Popetsaitke, Son, Michael Kawaykla Jr., and daughter Lottie Ann Kawaykla.
