Josephine Francisca Maldonado

Josephine (Josie) Francisca Maldonado, 63, passed away September 10, 2019. She was born on December 3, 1955 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Juan and Abuneia Munoz. Josie loved being with her grandchildren and watching son Ciprian Maldonado Jr. and her grandsons A.J. and Marco Posas play Bearcat football. She was very proud that her son was a part of the 1997 State Championship Bearcats. She was also a Denver Broncos fan.

Josie is survived by 2 daughters:
Christina Lofton and Daryn of Aurora, Colorado,
Francisca Baker and Mark of Hobart, Oklahoma,
1 son: Ciprian Maldonado Jr. of Hobart, Oklahoma,
grandchildren: Sunny Baker, Ryan Baker, Gabrielle M. Salazar, Joseph Salazar, Esperanza Maldonado, A.J. Posas, Marco Posas, Rayona Daverport, Jovon Jones, Jase Baker, Khaleb Baker,
great grandchildren: Brysun Muse, Vanessa Lusk, and Julian Lusk,
brother Moses Ovalle and wife Wendy of San Castro Valley, California,
nieces and nephews: Heather Handy, Jasmine Handy, Alley Guzman, Isabel Ovalle, and Isaac Ovalle.

She is preceded in death by her parents Juan and Abuneia Munoz, brother John Handy, and one grandchild Baby Baker.
