Johnathan Clifford Mulligan was born to Beverly Ann Satoe on May 23, 1970, in Oklahoma City, OK. He departed from this earthly journey to be with his lord and savior on February 7, 2025, in Anadarko, OK. John grew up in the Anadarko and Apache areas, he graduated from Apache high school in 1989 and lettered in Football, Baseball, and Wrestling. He was a proud Kiowa Member. He went on to join the Marines, where during his tour of duty he fought in Desert Storm. It was rare that John did not have a smile. John leaves behind two daughters Shanesta Witte, and Carrington Ladd & husband, Ethan. One son Johnathan Mulligan, and one brother Charles Mulligan & wife, Carol. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Beverly Ann Satoe Tonips, Stepfather Algurnon Tonips, grandparents Theodore Satoe, Sr. and Pauline Spottedhorse Satoe, numerous aunts, and uncles.
