John Haury Jr., 57, of Fort Cobb, OK passed away from this life to the next, May 26th, 2011. He was born August 10th, 1953 to John Haury Sr. and Ethelene Tofpi in Carnegie, OK. He was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. He attended High School in Oklahoma City, OK. John worked as a mechanic in Mountain View, OK and then moved to Oklahoma City and worked as a roofer. He was baptized in 2009. He loved to tell stories. He also liked to cook, go fishing and talk and joke around with everyone. He enjoyed riding around praying and visiting with people. He danced with the joy of the Lord. He was compassionate and generous.
