John Garrett Lee, of Hobart, OK, walked into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 12, 2017, at the age of 27. Garrett was born on November 20, 1989 to John and Bobbi Jo Lee. He grew up and graduated High School in Hobart, OK.
Garrett was a passionate fan of the OU Sooners and Dallas Cowboys. He loved music and enjoyed movies, especially the classics. Garrett was gifted in countless ways. No matter the occasion, he was prepared with phenomenal jokes and fascinating trivia. Garrett was fearless and every memory he made was remarkably significant. He was thoughtful, intelligent, and incredibly forgiving. Garrett had the power to make anyone smile, and in a moment, could overwhelm you with laughter. His smile would captivate the room, and his strength was undeniable.
Garrett was a proud father of two and had a love for his family unlike no other. Without a doubt, he will be remembered for his charming personality and legendary sense of humor. He was an extraordinary father, son, friend, and brother. But most of all, he will be remembered for the love and devotion he kept for his family. Garrett has left us too soon but one thing is certain, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bob and Joyce Pope, paternal grandparents, John and Jeanette Lee, 1 Uncle, Robert Shane Bolding.
