Joeannie Sue Hanmer, 71, Cordell, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, October 23rd, 2016. She was born in Houston, Texas on December 12th, 1944 to Clovis and Dorothy (Philleps) Carter. Joeannie worked as a CMA at the Resthaven nursing home for many years She was a member of the Cushing Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents ,husbands, 1 son, Jimmy Wilson
