Jody Lyn Harvell

Jody Lyn Harvell, 68, passed away at home in Anadarko, OK on August 28, 2022. She was born November 10, 1953, in Las Angeles, CA to Joseph Curtis and Jane Muriel (Hunget) Hendricks.
Jody was raised in Los Angeles, CA and The Big Island of Hawaii. She attended school in both places. Jody then joined the Navy and served for12 years. She met and married the love of her life, Danny Harvell who was also enlisted in the Navy. Jody and Danny were married on December 31,1987 in Beeville, TX. They were stationed in several places and ended up in Norfolk, Virginia. When they were honorably discharged, they then moved to Oklahoma, where they made their home.
Jody's first love was the military and then Danny. They traveled the US on their motorcycles. She was a proud driver of the Trike. They loved fishing, camping, and doing crafts. The crafts she did and proudly gave to church children and church families.
Jody loved working in the kitchen and teaching children in the Laverty Baptist Church that they were proud members of. She loved her Lord and Danny. Jody will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded by death by her parents, Joseph, and Jane.

She was loved by a host of family and friends.
