Joann Moore

Joann K. Moore passed on from this life on Sunday Sept. 15, 2024 at her home in Anadarko, Ok. She was born to Paul and Otillie Williams on January 23, 1957 in Escalo, Ca. She was the oldest of 3 children and raised in Central Oklahoma. She graduated from Anadarko High School with the class of 1975 and went on to become an Industrial Electrician, the profession she retired from 10yrs ago.

Joann was a very proud grandmother and loved all animals. She was a believer and loved the Lord. She also enjoyed many creative hobbies over the years. In her retirement she was learning to play guitar, loved music and to paint, grow pretty flowers and make the world a more beautiful place for her loved ones. Intrigued by the civilizations that came before us, she was an avid rock collector and member of the Oklahoma Anthropological Society.

She is survived by her companion of 9yrs, Mick Plunk of Anadarko, Ok. One daughter Jaime Moore of Anadarko, Ok. One son Bobby Moore and wife Brandy of Pocasset, Ok. One granddaughter Tilly Marie Moore of Pocasset, Ok. Two grandsons Karson Turner of Okc, Ok and Karder Turner of Pocasset, Ok. Two brothers Paul Williams and wife Rita of Anadarko, Ok and Mickael Williams and wife Martha of Anadarko, Ok. She was also blessed with a beautiful circle of friends. Joann brought a beautiful light to this world and is deeply missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.
