Joann Ethel Anderson

JoAnn Ethel Anderson, 88, of Cordell, Oklahoma, went to her heavenly home on April 23, 2023. JoAnn was born on May 30, 1934, to Ronald & Valbourg (Rondestvedt) Lawler, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She traveled and moved several times throughout her childhood with her parents. She graduated high school in 1952 in Columbus, Mississippi. After high school JoAnn attended college studying art education. JoAnn married the love of her life, William Anderson, in the summer of 1963, together they had 5 children, John, Ronald, Richard, Robert, & William. After having her children, she spent most of her time in the home caring for them and doing the activities that she enjoyed. JoAnn enjoyed making art and would make portraits of all the neighbor children. Everyone who knew JoAnn loved her cooking and baking. Being a mother and grandmother was the light of JoAnn's life, she loved caring for her children, grandchildren, and pups, as they were her entire world. JoAnn will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Great grandchildren: Peyton ODell & Scarlett ODell
Sister-in-law: Phyllis Lawler
