Jo Nell Baker

Jo Nell Baker, 58, of Carnegie, Oklahoma passed away on August 27th, 2017 in Oklahoma City. She was born on February 13th, 1959 to Jo and Barbara (Tsoodle) Skinner in Dallas, Texas. Jo Nell attended school in Carnegie and graduated in 1978. After high school she went to college and became a nurse, she worked for the Carnegie Hospital and the Indian Health Center. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family.
Jo Nell will be missed by all who knew her.
