Jimmie Leon Gunter, 79, of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at home on December 9, 2024. He was born on January 13, 1945, to Carroll and Flora (Powers) Gunter in Alfalfa, Oklahoma. Jimmie grew up and attended school in Alfalfa, graduating from Alfalfa High School in 1963. He enlisted in the United States Army on August 26, 1966, and served honorably. Jimmie married Angela Kay Flager on January 11, 1997, in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma. He worked on the farm for many years. Jimmie loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Preceded in death by his Parents, Siblings: Ann Murphy, Joyce Cowling, and Frank "Bud" Gunter.
