Jimmie Dwain Pennel, Sr, 68 of Cement passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on November 8, 1947, in Portsmouth, Virginia, to Johnny Addison Pennel Jr. and Ruby Viola (White) Pennel. Jimmie was a police officer in the Anadarko and Verden area for many years. He was also a Firearm Instructor. Jimmie married Angela on June 18, 1994, in Verden, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his wife Angela, of the home
