Jimmie Richard Cook, 70, Snyder, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014, in Snyder, OK. He was born to Jeff and Nellie (Harris) Cook on March 20, 1944, in Mountain Park, Oklahoma. Jimmie grew up in Mountain Park, OK and Lawton, OK. He lived in Plano, TX for a short time, before moving to Aurora, CO. Jimmie managed apartments in Aurora, CO, until he moved to Snyder in 1995. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church of Snyder.
He is survived by one brother: Kenneth Cook, Tulsa, OK
one sister: Shelia Pound, Hobart, OK

a host of cousins
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother in law, Jimmy Pound.

Officiating: Elder Norman Jones
Burial will follow in the Mountain Park Cemetery, Mountain Park, OK, under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart.
