Jervonne "Joshie" Palmer, 45, of Moutain View, OK, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital. She was born to Phyllis Palmer June 17, 1969 in Lawton, OK. Jervonne attended grade school at Concho Indian School, and graduated from Riverside Indian School in 1988. Jervonne was the basketball homecoming queen and also an honor student. She was very good at basketball and also softball. Jervonne loved to joke around with her family and friends. She was a member of Botone Memorial United Methodist Church a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma, the Blacklegging Society and the Kiowa Native American Church.
