Jerry Robert Senter

Jerry Senter, age 85, of Hobart, OK passed unexpectedly on March 28, 2023. Jerry was born on February 19, 1938 in Hobart, OK to Leeminier and Minnie (Pillow) Senter. He was a lifetime member of the Hobart community. He married Paula (Hebensperger) Trammel August 10, 1991 in Las Vegas and began their married life on his farm southeast of Hobart.
He also raised and showed sheep of many breeds, from coast to coast. He raised and sold Boar Goats. He is a retired farmer and currently had hair sheep he considered family. He was an entrepreneur of antique guns and a member of many gun clubs.
He and his wife traveled many years to gun shows all over the United States. He could answer most gun questions anyone might ask. He loved to talk to anyone that would listen about his many adventures.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, Leeminier and Minnie Senter and an infant son, Shane.
He is survived by daughter Kim and her husband Dale Miller, of Roosevelt; daughter Lee Ann Gibson of Mena, AR.; Step-son Tracey Trammel, of Silver Lake, KS. Sisters Mary Williams of Holt, MO; Judy Barnes and husband George Barnes of Hobart and Jackie Case of Weatherford, TX. Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
