Janice Toppah passed away Monday, March 9, 2020 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Janice was born January 19, 1959 to Herman and Pauline Kaubin Toppah in Lawton, OK.
Janice attended Carnegie Public Schools graduating with the Class of 1977. She then attended Okmulgee Tech in Okmulgee, OK. Janice worked as the Disabilities Coordinator for the Kiowa Tribe and also for the Kiowa Tribe Headstart for 27 years. In her free time Janice loved playing Bingo.
