Janice Sue "Kadayso" Guoladdle, 55, of Carnegie, OK passed on Thursday, December 29th, 2011 at her home. Janice was born November 14th, 1956 to LeRoy and Etta Sue (Tointigh) Kadayso in Lawton, OK. She attended both Anadarko and Boone schools. She married Everett Guoladdle August 1st. 2001 in Carnegie, OK . She enjoyed jamming to her oldies, and visiting with family and friends, and also raising her grandkids. Janice was a member of the Apache Tribe of Oklahoma.

Lesa DeVaughn, Anadarko, OK
eighteen grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, that will all miss her greatly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Lincoln Lee Kadayso, Jerry Evans Kadayso, sister, Teresa Kadayso, grandparents, Grimes Kadayso and Betti Batchaddle, Tom Tointigh and Nancy Tahbone.
