Jane Margaret Geisler Rogers, 87, of Sentinel, Oklahoma, passed away January 27, 2017 in Hobart, Oklahoma. She was born December 7, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan to Anthony Jerome and Florence (Corrigan) Geisler.
Jane married George E. Rogers on April 26, 1953, in Dearborn, Michigan. They were happily married until his passing in January of 1998. She was a loving mother to her children, and enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jane was an artist who could paint beautiful china and make wonderful music on the piano and organ.
She spent time as a college professor, an administrator at Searchlight, and she served as the Mayor of Sentinel. Jane was a member of the American Legion, Saint Peter and Paul's Catholic Church and Women's Group.

Florence and husband Michael Conway, Hennessey, Oklahoma,
Anne and husband Dean Dinsmore, Rocky, Oklahoma,
18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren,
2 brothers; Jerome Geisler and wife Beverly, Sun City, Arizona,
James Geisler, Midland, Michigan,
3 sisters; Delores Ringers, Buffalo Grove, Illinois,
Barbara Leidlein, Jackson Lake, Texas,
JoAnne Plant and husband Larry, Milford, Michigan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband George Rogers, son Paul Rogers, sisters; Alice Raferty and Mary Geisler, and several family members and friends.
