James "Jim" DeWayne White, 75, passed away June 21, 2022 in Anadarko, OK. He was born December 4, 1946 in Anadarko, OK to John Joseph and Doris, (Clark) White.
Jim grew up in the Anadarko area. He graduated from Anadarko High School and got his certificate to teach school and graduated from University of Oklahoma with a Master's degree. Jim met and married the love of his life Lenna Miller. They married December 20, 1969 in Odell, TX. Jim was drafted into the United States Army in 1970. They had two wonderful daughters Jennifer and Jordan. He taught Junior High School and was a coach at Anadarko school and then later taught chemistry and physics at Chickasha High School. In between teaching careers, He retired from Lucent Technology.
Jim was very active in the Anadarko First Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his daughters' families and especially the grand and great grands.
Jim was preceded in death by his: parents, John and Doris; brothers Al and Bob White

Great Grandchildren; Olivia Littrell; Kylor Littrell
Sisters: Sue Williams, Letrice Sneed
Sister-in-laws: Wilda White, Vicki & husband Jerry Flynn, Candy and husband Glenn Wright.
He was loved by a host of family and friend
