James Talmage Palmer, Jr. 66, Sentinel, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015, in Hobart, Oklahoma. He was born to J.T. and Irene (Turner) Palmer on December 20, 1948, in Sentinel, Oklahoma. James graduated from Sentinel High School in 1967, after which he joined the Army. He served in Vietnam and completed his Army service in Germany in 1971. James lived in Texas for a number of years before moving back to Sentinel. He spent the last 13 years working at Superior Fabrication, Inc. of Elk City, OK and recently retired.
He is survived by his wife: Darlene Palmer, of the home
one sister: Terri King and her family, Sentinel, OK
one daughter: Sabrina
one grandson: Travis Zapalac, Texas
many nieces and nephews
and many dear friends
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Sue.
To honor Jim's wishes there will be no services.
He will be cremated and his ashes will be spread across the land that he loved.
