Jade Reyes

Jade Enelle Reyes, infant daughter of Adrian Reyes and Lindsey Boynton, passed away on September 9, 2015, at her home. She was born on July 24, 2015, in Tulsa, OK. In her short little life, she was cared for and loved by numerous relatives on both sides of her family. She will be loved and missed for years to come and never forgotten. Continued prayers for the family would be appreciated.

She is survived by her parents, Adrian Reyes and Lindsey Boynton of Okmulgee, OK

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at Ray & Martha's Funeral Chapel in Carnegie, OK.
Officiating will be Rev. Gerald Haunpo, Rev. Mike Boyiddle and Lay Servant Tom Ware.
Burial will follow at the Cedar Creek Cemetery under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home in Carnegie, OK.
