Jade Chavez Kittrell

August 9, 1994 — December 30, 2015

Jade Elizabeth Chavez Kittrell, age 21, passed from this life on December 30th, 2015 at her home in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Claudine and Rodolfo Lozania of Anadarko, Oklahoma, and Lasaro Chavez of Aldama Chihuhua, Mexico. She was born on August 09, 1994 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Jade was an enrolled member of the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes of Oklahoma and the Kiowa Otoe Missouri Tribe, and was also a member of the Kitikiti'sh Little Sisters. She was a member of Grace Christian Fellowship in Anadarko, where at the age of twelve she received Salvation through Jesus Christ and was baptized.
Jade was a gifted artist and musician whose ability knew no bounds. Her sense of humor and comedic timing was unsurpassed. She loved tattoos, video games, music, television, movies, and animals-cats in particular, and held countless other interests. Most of all, Jade loved spending time with family: especially her little boy, Roman Todd, born to Jade and Evan Kittrell on January 23rd, 2014. Jade was a devoted mother, and always put her son's needs above her own.
On May 22nd, 2015, Jade graduated from Anadarko High School, an achievement she worked hard for and was very proud of. Following graduation, Jade was employed by the Four Tribes Consortium in Anadarko, and placed in a temporary office position at the Delaware Tribe. She loved her job, and often spoke of the comraderie she shared with her coworkers. She felt appreciated and privileged to be taken under the wings of such wonderful people. Upon learning her employment would soon end, Jade applied for and received a position at the Wichita Travel Plaza, where she quickly earned the title "Pizza King." Jade enjoyed working at the store and often shared funny experiences she had with her coworkers. She was employed at the Plaza until her time of death.
Jade looked forward to the future. She dreamed of becoming a tattoo artist, and was striving to make that dream a reality. She spoke excitedly of teaching herself to play the banjo. She was planning for her son's second birthday, which was just around the corner. But for reasons known only to Jade, she abruptly halted her steps, deciding to stop and rest instead. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and forever cherished by all who loved her.
Jade is survived by her son, Roman Kittrell, of the home; her parents, Claudine and Rodolfo Lozania of Anadarko, Oklahoma, and Lasaro Chavez of Aldama Chihuahua, Mexico; two sisters, Tommie and Jammie Davis of Anadarko, Oklahoma; two brothers, Roddy and Dre' Lozania of Anadarko, Oklahoma; Roman's father, Evan Kittrell, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; Tim, Anna, and Brandilyn Kittrell of Anadarko, Oklahoma; her Godparents, Augustine and Marianne Arevalo; her grandparents, Jackie Arkeketa, Margie Tanner, Jose Chavez, and Doris McLamore; her neices and nephews, Darien Davis, "Trey" Jessie Allen Gomez III, Javeon Pendarvis, Markael Pendarvis, Latatia Pendarvis, Dominique Davis, Victor Del Angel, Juan Elliot Del Angel, RaeLeigh Del Angel, and Dajhmae Del Angel; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family wishes to thank all who are in attendance today, as well as the countless friends who have tirelessly supplied support through prayers, hugs, cards, letters, phone calls, email and text messages, social media, flowers, food, household items, and monetary offerings. Your sympathy and concern is deeply appreciated.
